has made a donation to the MIT Digital Currency Initiative (DCI).
The aim of the initiative is to carry out the research necessary to support the development of digital currency technology and blockchain technology. The funds will be spent in particular on the support of Bitcoin Core programmers: Wladimir van der Laan and Cory Fields

, joined a group of more than two hundred billionaires, who are pledging to transfer most of their assets to charity. In his commitment, Delo emphasized, that he would use his assets to "protect the future generations and long-term prospects of humanity." Delo wants to use his resources in order to "understand challenges and opportunities created by new technologies in the coming century".
